The Night With… Shortlisted in the Scottish Awards for New Music
We are delighted that The Night With… 2018 season has been shortlisted for the Creative Programming Award in the Scottish Awards for New Music.
The season consisted of nine concerts in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. The season included performances Turning the Elements, Juice Vocal Ensemble, Wooden Elephant and James Turnbull with premières by Claire McCue, Matthew Whiteside, Joanna Nicholson, Elizabeth Hoffman, Peter Gregson, Emily Doolittle and Sheena Phillips.
Claire McCue’s ‘I Regret Your Sex’ written for Juice Vocal Ensemble is also shortlisted in the Dorico Award for Small / Medium Scale Work sponsored by Steinberg category.
